Some Executive Assistant roles manage calendars. This one helps shape outcomes. The Client We're representing a highly successful privately-owned organisation seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the trusted right hand to a dynamic CEO operating across multiple businesses, strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond traditional executive support and into a genuine business partnership role. You'll sit at the centre of executive decision-making, helping create clarity from complexity, driving accountability across leadership teams and ensuring the CEO can focus on what matters most. If you're the type of person who instinctively spots problems before they arise, thrives in fast-moving environments and takes pride in operating at the highest professional standard, we'd like to speak with you. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll become an extension of the executive office, operating across strategic, operational and governance priorities. Your role will encompass far more than diary and inbox management. You'll coordinate Board and Executive Leadership activities, prepare reports, presentations and governance documentation, monitor strategic priorities and ensure momentum is maintained across the organisation's key initiatives. You'll act as a trusted liaison between senior leaders, external stakeholders and the CEO, often handling highly confidential matters requiring sound judgement, discretion and maturity. As the organisation continues to grow, you'll also provide leadership and direction across the broader executive support function, helping establish standards, processes and best practice ways of working. This role includes regular domestic and international travel. You'll accompany the CEO as a trusted executive partner, ensuring stakeholder engagements, meetings and commitments are delivered seamlessly before, during and after travel. About You You're likely already supporting a CEO, Managing Director, Founder or Executive Leadership Team and are looking for a position offering greater influence, visibility and impact. You understand how senior leaders operate and know how to create order within a fast-moving environment. You anticipate rather than react, remain calm under pressure and possess the confidence to operate comfortably at Board, executive and stakeholder level. You've probably built your career within professional services, financial services, legal, private equity, venture capital, family office or similarly demanding environments where discretion, attention to detail and executive presence are essential. Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership. You think ahead, solve problems before they escalate and naturally become the person leaders trust because things simply get done. What Will Make You Stand Out You combine warmth with authority. You understand when to challenge and when to support. You can walk confidently into a Board meeting, executive workshop or stakeholder function and represent the executive office with professionalism and credibility. You possess exceptional attention to detail, commercial awareness and emotional intelligence. You know how to protect a CEO's time, manage competing priorities and create structure without creating bureaucracy. What's On Offer A genuine partnership with an accomplished CEO. Direct exposure to executive decision-making and strategic initiatives. Domestic and international travel. Significant autonomy, trust and influence. The opportunity to shape how executive support operates within a growing organisation. A salary package of up to $150,000 plus superannuation. For experienced executive professionals seeking more than a traditional Executive Assistant position, this is an opportunity to become a genuine business partner at the heart of a successful organisation.
